In 2024 we are celebrating the 50th year of the ANU Humanities Research Centre (HRC).
From Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August 2024 we are delivering a series of events to mark this occasion, showcasing multidisciplinary research into ideas of time and place, and paying respect to Indigenous people through the theme of ‘everywhen’.
Established in 1974 to bring together leading humanities experts from across Australia and the world, the HRC serves as a catalyst for cutting edge work of enduring importance.
Throughout the week we will offer a range of lectures, workshops, seminars and activities which provide an opportunity to celebrate our rich history, connect with the diverse HRC community, and look to the future.
